Introduction

Microsoft, a company founded in 1975 under the name of Micro-soft[1], is one of the world’s best known electronics manufacture and software developers. This company was founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen and was originally based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Originally the company made software for the Atari 8800 Personal Computer. In 1985 Microsoft released Windows 1.0, one of the world’s first Operating Systems with a graphical User Interface. The interface was revolutionary but wasn’t any good by today’s standards.
The first section is Windows 1.x series.
